...."The Room With The View brought to you by Steve's Vision Photography!" - that was the catch cry from Grant Walker on some nights from the Wheel of Fortune as he announced the Bonus Prizes available that evening.
During 2008 I was fortunate enough to be included on TVNZ's Wheel of Fortune gameshow where I was featured as a possible bonus prize. This was a brilliant vehicle for the advertising of the new arm of my business: The Room With The View. At the end of some shows there was an opportunity for me to be included in the line up of bonus prizes a contestant could win - and for me that meant TV publicity during the golden half hour leading up to the 6pm news. My moment of glory.
There were three winners over the period of a year that won my services: I would travel anywhere within NZ (at their wish) to capture their view of choice and deliver the end result on a stunning 2 metre wide canvas print ready to hang on their wall.
This saw me travel to Tauranga (Bowentown), Mount Cook and to the Moeraki Boulders (between Oamaru & Dunedin), sitting and waiting for that moment. Below are the images captured....
